Boris Kalt is the founder of Hamann & Benson, where he has driven the development of pioneering approaches in sustainable strategy and legal consultancy. Boris holds a Master in International Business Law and an Accelerated MBA from the London School of Business & Finance. His academic journey includes studies in the United States at Lindenwood University, near St. Louis, Missouri, which enriched his global perspective. His international experiences are further underscored by his time living in France, his country of origin, Brussels, Belgium; London, United Kingdom; and the United States, with substantial periods spent in Berlin, Germany.
Reflecting his commitment to forward-thinking solutions, Boris authored a prospective dissertation titled “The Space Carrier’s Liability to Passengers” during his Master’s program, demonstrating his dedication to exploring intricate, emerging legal issues.
At Hamann & Benson, Boris has championed efforts to guide startups through the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, integrating principles of the green and circular economy into strategic plans. The company is currently advancing the H&B Impact Index (HBII), a groundbreaking project that utilizes AI to measure ESG performance and aid in sustainable decision-making. Although still under development and not yet fully operational, this innovative tool represents Hamann & Benson’s commitment to merging sustainability with technological and financial progress, contributing to impactful change and stock exchange innovation.
